Is the thought of selling your home and having strangers come through your property stressing you out? I can relate. Let me tell you a story about one client that I went to show a property to recently.

I was representing the buyer, but the townhouse we went to tour had a family living there. The reason they’re selling is because they have outgrown the space. Imagine this: Both parents worked from home and had their offices set up in the dining room. Their kids’ tricycles were piled high on the balcony, and overall, it was a mess. I’m almost certain that for them, just the thought of accommodating showings to sell their home is so inconvenient.

Sometimes, Realtors will try to convince you to accommodate showings by appointment only, telling you that it’s going to be easy. But in reality, it’s not. For most families, the constant need to keep a home in perfect condition for potential buyers is incredibly stressful. It’s easy for those who live minimally to prepare for a showing, but for the majority of us with busy lives and full homes, it can be challenging.

Traditionally, sellers have two options when selling a home: list their home on the open market and endure the showing process, or sell to an all-cash investor for a quick sale but for a low price. 1. The company provides an upfront cash payment of 80% of your home’s current value.
2. You can use this money to move out and buy your next home without further delay.

5. The proceeds from the sales are split between you and the investment company.
